Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year AI roadmaps aligning with emerging technological paradigms
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing

- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate AI futures into corporate strategy
- Drive thought leadership through white papers, patents, and global speaking engagements
- Mentor next-generation AI talent in our Future Leaders program
- Secure $10M+ in research grants from NSF, DARPA, and private foundations
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or journals
- Proven track record in scaling AI systems to 10M+ user deployments
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and neuromorphic hardware architectures
- Deep understanding of AI ethics frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience securing federal research grants ($5M+ preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating AI futures work (speculative tech roadmaps, ethical frameworks)
