- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Identify emerging tech trends and assess commercialization potential
- Mentor cross-functional teams in AI implementation and future-proofing
- Pioneer industry standards for responsible AI deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years in AI development with 5+ in strategic planning
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in federated learning, explainable AI, and edge computing
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
