Responsibilities
- Design and implement predictive AI models for 2026 market scenarios using quantum-enhanced algorithms
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech paradigms (neuromorphic computing, bio-AI)
- Author white papers on AI's societal impact for G7 summits and World Economic Forum
- Architect hybrid human-AI collaboration systems for Fortune 500 transformation projects
- Secure $5M+ in research grants from DARPA, NSF, and private foundations
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Quantum Computing, or related field with 5+ years of industry R&D
- Published work in Nature/Science journals on quantum machine learning or explainable AI
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum circuit design
- Proven track record of scaling AI systems to 10M+ user deployments
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for government-level projects
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
