- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems (US/EU)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Speaking experience at global tech conferences (WSJ Live, Web Summit)
