- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging risks and opportunities in AI governance and ethics
- Present visionary roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members, securing buy-in for transformational initiatives
- Champion ethical AI frameworks that balance innovation with societal responsibility
- Drive commercialization of AI prototypes through rapid prototyping and pilot programs
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in AI, Computer Science, Futures Studies, or related field with 8+ years of strategic leadership experience
- Proven track record in deploying AI solutions at scale across complex enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, neuro-symbolic systems
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with documented success in multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Strong background in AI ethics, policy development, and regulatory compliance frameworks
