Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 AI strategic roadmap with 5-year implementation horizons
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing human-AI collaboration frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, etc.)
- Architect ethical AI governance protocols aligned with future regulatory landscapes
- Present future-state scenarios to C-suite and board members
- Partner with product teams to embed predictive capabilities into core offerings
- Establish innovation metrics to track 2026 technology adoption readiness
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/AI with 8+ years of strategic planning experience
- Proven track record in deploying enterprise-scale AI transformation projects
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning and predictive modeling
- Published research on human-AI interaction paradigms or cognitive architectures
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems (EU AI Act, etc.)
- Proficiency in future-backward planning methodologies (STEEP, Delphi)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
