Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the company's 2026-2030 AI innovation strategy aligned with market trends and disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing cutting-edge AI prototypes and proof-of-concepts
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and Board of Directors
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and technology pioneers
- Mentor and develop a team of 10+ AI researchers and innovation specialists
- Drive the commercialization of breakthrough technologies through agile development cycles
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML, strategic innovation, or technology leadership with proven track record of disruptive products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Futurism, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in generative AI, quantum computing, and neuro-symbolic systems
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leader with 20+ industry publications or patents
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
- Fluency in AI ethics frameworks and responsible AI development practices
- Portfolio demonstrating successful commercialization of emerging technologies
