Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging AI trends to develop strategic frameworks for 2026 product roadmaps

- Partner with C-suite executives to align AI initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Manage a $5M innovation fund for experimental AI projects
- Represent the company at global tech forums and policy discussions
- Mentor junior researchers in ethical AI development practices
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in AI/ML with 7+ years in strategic technology roles
- Published research in top-tier journals (NeurIPS, Nature AI) or equivalent industry impact
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuro-symbolic AI, or explainable AI systems
- Proven track record of launching AI products with >1M users
- Deep understanding of AI ethics frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating work on large-scale AI infrastructure or applications
