Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026-era AI systems including quantum-enhanced machine learning models
- Architect autonomous ethical governance frameworks for next-gen AI decision-making

- Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams of quantum physicists, neuroscientists, and ethicists
- Present breakthrough research at global forums (Davos, AI World Congress, etc.)
- Secure $5M+ in federal innovation grants for future-focused AI projects
- Mentor PhD candidates in emerging AI paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with published work in Nature/Science (or equivalent)
- 10+ years developing production-grade AI systems at FAANG-scale companies
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures and neuromorphic engineering
- Proven track record of securing $10M+ in research funding
- Published research on AGI safety or ethical AI alignment
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology convergence trends (biotech-AI-quantum)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and neuromorphic hardware SDKs
