Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 8+ years of quantum computing experience
- Proven track record in neural interface or bio-AI integration projects
- Published research on ethical AI governance or autonomous system ethics
- Expertise in predictive modeling for climate/resource systems
- Strong background in human-AI interaction design principles
- Certification in Quantum Machine Learning (QML)
- Experience presenting to governmental AI ethics committees
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and quantum circuit design
