Responsibilities
- Architect strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ AI adoption across Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging tech disruptors and market inflection points
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI governance and human-AI collaboration
- Publish thought leadership in Nature/Future of Work journals on quantum-AI convergence
- Mentor PhD candidates in our Innovation Accelerator program
- Secure $5M+ in R&D grants for next-gen AI-human interface projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futuristics with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of commercializing speculative technologies (quantum/AI/neurotech)
- Published research in top-tier journals on AI ethics or human-computer interaction
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing architectures and neural-symbolic AI
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technology disruption strategies
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech initiatives (e.g., generative AI systems, brain-computer interfaces)
