Qualifications

- Proven track record of scaling AI systems to 100M+ users
- Deep expertise in federated learning and differential privacy
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming (Q#)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ paradigm-shifting tech deployments
