Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 8+ years in applied AI research
- Proven track record of launching AI products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in neural architecture search, federated learning, and explainable AI
- Published research in top-tier AI journals/conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong network with AI thought leaders and venture capital community
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
