Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for AI integration across sectors by 2026
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D teams in developing quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Forecast technological disruptions and prepare adaptive frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces published in Nature/AI journals
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Partner with UN bodies on AI for sustainable development goals implementation
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through federal grants and private partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with focus on quantum machine learning or equivalent industry breakthrough
- 10+ years experience in applied AI research with 3+ publications in top-tier journals
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures and error correction algorithms
- Proven track record of scaling AI solutions to enterprise-level deployments
- Deep understanding of global tech policy landscape (GDPR, EU AI Act, etc.)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Exceptional public speaking skills with TED Talks or equivalent experience preferred
