Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for AI and emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies for commercial viability
- Present futuristic visions to C-suite and key stakeholders
- Build and mentor an innovation lab focused on 2026+ applications
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on next-gen AI frameworks

Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in AI, Computer Science, or Futuristics
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Published research in AI ethics, quantum computing, or biotech
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong network with Silicon Valley innovation leaders
- Experience scaling R&D teams across multiple continents
