Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 AI innovation roadmap, identifying disruptive opportunities in quantum machine learning and synthetic biology
- Lead cross-functional teams developing AGI prototypes for climate modeling and personalized medicine
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, DeepMind, and regulatory bodies to shape ethical AI frameworks
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite executives and investor syndicates securing $50M+ in funding
- Develop patentable solutions in neuromorphic computing and autonomous swarm robotics
- Represent the company at Davos, TED Countdown, and UN Technology Summits
- Mentor PhD researchers and startup founders in our incubation program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in AI, Computational Physics, or Future Studies with 10+ years in R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum neural networks or emergent AI behavior
- Proven track record scaling AI systems to handle >10B daily transactions
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Portfolio of deployed solutions in autonomous systems or biotech innovation
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and neuromorphic hardware programming
- Security clearance eligibility for federal innovation projects
- Proficiency in predictive modeling for geopolitical and market disruption scenarios
