Responsibilities
- Design ethical frameworks for quantum-AI hybrid systems deployed in critical infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional ethics reviews for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Develop predictive risk models for emergent AI capabilities (2026-2030 horizon)
- Partner with UN Global Digital Compact on next-generation AI governance protocols
- Architect human-in-the-loop protocols for high-stakes autonomous systems
- Conduct scenario planning for AI-human neural interface societal impacts
- Establish audit trails for bias mitigation in generative AI pipelines
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy of Technology, or Cognitive Science with 5+ years applied experience
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or existential risk modeling
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42000 AI governance frameworks and EU AI Act compliance
- Proven track record advising Fortune 500 on responsible AI implementation
