Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology vision, focusing on AI ethics, quantum AI hybrids, and human-machine augmentation
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototypes for next-gen AI systems with 10x current capabilities
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, quantum ML) for commercial viability
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate innovation
- Create compelling technology roadmaps and investment proposals for executive stakeholders
- Champion responsible AI frameworks and future-proof governance structures
- Present visionary insights at industry conferences and shape public discourse on technological evolution
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, AI, or Futurism with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record in launching AI/quantum initiatives with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, quantum algorithms, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling for complex technological ecosystems
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams across R&D, product, and business units
- Published thought leadership in AI ethics or future technologies (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Proficiency in technology forecasting methodologies and horizon scanning tools
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred) and ML frameworks
