As a key member of our R&D leadership team, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, industry disruptors, and government futurists to develop predictive frameworks for emerging technologies. Your insights will directly influence $2B+ in strategic investments and shape public policy discussions on AI's societal impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and publish the annual '2026 Technology Horizon Report' analyzing AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Create predictive models for AI adoption patterns across 15+ industries
- Represent QuantumLeap at global futurist forums and technology summits
- Oversee the 'Future Ethics Board' ensuring responsible AI development frameworks
- Design and implement emerging technology incubation programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futurist Studies with 10+ years AI research experience
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing architectures
- Experience advising Fortune 100 C-suite executives on technology transformation
- Portfolio of at least 3 commercialized AI products with >$100M ARR
- Proficiency in predictive modeling tools (Bayesian networks, Monte Carlo simulations)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for government collaboration projects
