Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for AI integration across 15+ business units
- Lead scenario planning for quantum computing adoption and climate-tech disruption by 2026
- Develop patent-pending AI ethics protocols for autonomous systems and biometric interfaces
- Present quarterly future-state roadshows to Fortune 500 partners and investors
- Establish innovation KPIs measuring tech readiness for 2026 digital economy shifts
- Mentor a team of 8 futurists and data scientists using proprietary ForesightAI tools
- Publish annual 'State of 2026' industry report with global media partners
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Futurism, Systems Thinking, or Computational Philosophy
- 8+ years experience in AI strategy at Big Tech or quantum computing research
- Portfolio of 3+ published future-state scenarios with measurable business impact
- Certification in Quantum Machine Learning (IBM/Google) and Scenario Planning
- Expertise in EU AI Act compliance and ethical AI governance frameworks
- Proven track record of securing $10M+ in R&D funding for emerging tech
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and predictive modeling platforms
- Public speaker at Davos or equivalent future-tech forums
