Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's 2026 technology vision roadmap with focus on AI-driven human augmentation and quantum computing integration
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to prototype next-gen AI systems including neural interfaces and adaptive learning architectures
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential for our industry
- Present strategic technology forecasts to executive leadership and external stakeholders at industry conferences
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI development ensuring alignment with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Partner with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into market-ready solutions
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of innovation within the technology division
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years in AI research
- Proven track record of developing futuristic technology roadmaps with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in machine learning, neural networks, and quantum computing principles
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or conferences on AI ethics or human-machine interfaces
- Experience presenting complex technological concepts to C-suite executives and investors
- Strong understanding of global technology policy landscape and regulatory trends
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of visionary AI projects
