Responsibilities

- Oversee ethical AI framework implementation and regulatory compliance
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board members
- Mentor technical talent in AI ethics and responsible development practices
- Collaborate with R&D on patentable AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent experience with 10+ years in tech leadership
- Proven track record deploying enterprise-scale AI solutions (GPT, computer vision, NLP)
- Expertise in future tech trends (quantum, AGI, neuro-symbolic AI)
- Published research in AI ethics or explainable ML preferred
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical domains
- Experience with agile development in regulated industries
