Responsibilities
- Architect and implement AI/ML solutions for predictive analytics and autonomous decision-making systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum computing algorithms and distributed computing frameworks
- Conduct research in emerging technologies including neuromorphic computing and synthetic biology integration
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and innovation cycles aligned with 2026 industry forecasts
- Mentor technical teams while maintaining hands-on expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Secure and manage multi-million dollar R&D budgets for experimental technology projects
- Present findings and roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record shipping production AI systems at scale (TensorFlow/PyTorch expertise required)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles and quantum algorithm design
- Experience with federated learning, edge AI, and distributed neural networks
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams through ambiguous research-to-production cycles
- Published research in top-tier AI/quantum computing conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts to diverse audiences
