Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with our vision for the 2026 technological ecosystem, identifying key opportunities for automation and innovation.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech trends, specifically focusing on Gen Alpha preferences, quantum computing advancements, and next-gen neural interfaces to forecast market shifts.
- Predictive Modeling: Develop and refine predictive models to anticipate user behavior and market demands up to 2030, ensuring our products remain ahead of the curve.
- AI Integration: Oversee the integration of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) into core product lines, ensuring seamless and ethical implementation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex future-tech concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and product teams.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and transparency in our 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI strategy, data science, or product management, with a proven track record of leading innovation.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and neural networks.
- Visionary Mindset: Exceptional ability to think critically about long-term technological trajectories and their societal impact.
- Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical data to diverse audiences.
