Responsibilities
- Define the strategic vision for AI and emerging technologies leading up to 2026.
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing scalable, high-performance AI solutions.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging tech trends, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Web3.
- Oversee the integration of predictive analytics into core product offerings.
- Mentor technical leads and engineers on future-proofing codebases and architectures.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or product management.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical initiatives from conception to delivery.
- Expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Neural Networks.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
