Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns emerging tech trends with business goals, specifically targeting the 2026 launch window for our flagship AI suite.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives to evaluate and integrate next-generation technologies, including advanced AI, predictive analytics, and spatial interfaces.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Work closely with C-suite executives to translate high-level business objectives into technical execution plans and agile sprints.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous learning, mentoring senior engineers and product managers.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts and future strategies to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor the competitive landscape to ensure our 2026 roadmap remains ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in product management, engineering leadership, or strategic consulting, with a focus on AI or emerging tech.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Machine Learning paradigms, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and software architecture patterns.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to define long-term technical roadmaps and pivot strategies based on market feedback.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams of 20+ people in a high-growth environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; MBA or Master’s in a technical discipline preferred.
- Future-Forward Thinking: A track record of identifying and leveraging nascent technologies (e.g., Web3, Quantum Readiness) before they become mainstream.
