Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic technology roadmap for 2026, focusing on AI integration and emerging tech adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams in building next-generation AI systems with enterprise-scale impact
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced neural networks, etc.) for commercial viability
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Mentor senior engineers and establish best practices in AI ethics, security, and scalability
- Present technology vision and progress to stakeholders, investors, and industry partners
- Drive innovation through hackathons, R&D partnerships, and academic collaborations
Qualifications
- 10+ years of tech leadership experience with 5+ years in AI/ML development
- Proven track record of launching AI products with measurable business impact
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks
- Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate business goals into technical roadmaps
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, AI, or related field preferred
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Experience managing teams of 10+ engineers across multiple locations
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices
