Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026 technology stack
- Conduct cross-functional audits of autonomous systems and quantum algorithms
- Lead stakeholder workshops with policymakers, engineers, and ethicists
- Author position papers on emerging ethical dilemmas in biotech-AI convergence
- Design bias mitigation protocols for generative AI and predictive models
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI deployment across 20+ product lines
- Mentor junior ethicists and build internal ethics certification programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (Master's with 8+ years experience)
- Proven expertise in AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Published research on algorithmic bias or quantum ethics
- Experience with regulatory bodies (FTC, IEEE, OECD)
- Strong background in biotech-AI interface ethics
- Certification in Responsible AI (e.g., IBM, Google)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
