Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 technological capabilities
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for autonomous systems and generative models
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical guardrails in AI development pipelines
- Advise C-suite executives on regulatory compliance and ethical AI deployment strategies
- Lead stakeholder engagement with policymakers, academics, and civil society organizations
- Pioneer industry standards for explainable AI and algorithmic transparency
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible technology implementation
- Deep expertise in NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and emerging regulatory landscapes
- Proven track record of bias mitigation in large-scale ML systems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethics to technical/non-technical audiences
- Published research in AI ethics or related fields
- Experience with quantum computing ethical implications
