Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics policies and governance frameworks for 2026 product initiatives
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments on machine learning models
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technical teams on ethical principles
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and advise on compliance strategies
- Create transparency documentation for AI decision-making processes
- Partner with legal teams on data privacy and algorithmic accountability
- Mentor junior engineers on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or tech policy roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Strong knowledge of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global regulations
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership
- Publication record in AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership
- Proficiency in Python for algorithmic auditing (preferred)
