Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical governance frameworks for AI decision-making systems
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for autonomous technologies
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in product development
- Shape industry standards through participation in 2026 AI policy councils
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI implementation
- Proactively identify emerging ethical challenges in quantum-AI convergence
- Author thought leadership publications on human-centered AI design
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of AI governance experience
- Deep expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and EU AI Act compliance frameworks
- Proven track record developing ethical guidelines for large-scale AI deployments
- Familiarity with quantum computing's ethical implications
- Exceptional stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical domains
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Experience working with regulatory bodies on technology policy
- Fluency in Python for ethical auditing tool development
