Responsibilities

- Collaborate with policymakers to shape emerging AI regulations
- Create ethics training programs for technical teams
- Report to C-suite on AI risk mitigation strategies
- Partner with research institutions on next-generation ethical AI standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (Master's with 10+ years experience)
- 5+ years in AI ethics governance or responsible AI implementation
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics
- Published work on AI ethics or technology policy
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in machine learning fundamentals
- Exceptional stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical audiences
