Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 technology deployments
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for autonomous systems and predictive algorithms
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technical teams on ethical design principles
- Author whitepapers on emerging AI ethics challenges and mitigation strategies
- Advise product teams on compliance with evolving regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, etc.)
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and monitor system behavior post-deployment
- Mentor junior engineers on responsible development practices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field
- 5+ years in AI/ML roles with demonstrated ethical framework implementation
- Expertise in bias detection techniques and fairness metrics (e.g., AIF360, IBM Fairness 360)
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (NIST, EU AI Act, OECD principles)
- Published work on AI ethics or responsible technology (papers/conferences)
- Experience with cross-functional stakeholder alignment in tech environments
- Strong background in policy development and regulatory compliance
