Qualifications

- 5+ years in AI governance, risk management, or ethical tech roles

- Strong background in bias mitigation and algorithmic fairness
- Experience with cross-functional ethics implementation
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology
- Proficiency in AI model auditing tools (e.g., IBM Fairness 360)
