Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and ethical risk assessments for AI models
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technical teams on ethical AI principles
- Create transparency protocols for AI decision-making processes
- Advise on regulatory compliance for emerging AI legislation
- Author thought leadership on responsible AI adoption
- Mentor junior engineers on ethical coding practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics or responsible tech implementation
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Published research on AI governance or algorithmic accountability
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong background in machine learning and data science
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
