- Author policy whitepapers on AI regulation and responsible innovation for 2026+ initiatives
- Partner with legal teams to ensure compliance with emerging AI governance standards
- Mentor junior data scientists on ethical AI development practices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI governance or tech ethics roles
- Deep expertise in fairness, accountability, and transparency (FAT) AI principles
- Proven track record of developing enterprise-scale AI ethics frameworks
- Strong understanding of regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
