Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years' experience
- Proven track record in implementing AI ethics frameworks in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics
- Published research or industry leadership in AI governance or responsible AI
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001)
