Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with emerging 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and fairness assessments across AI systems
- Create transparency protocols for AI decision-making processes
- Lead cross-functional ethics reviews for new product launches
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and monitoring systems
- Advocate for inclusive design practices in AI development workflows
- Represent the company in industry ethics forums and regulatory discussions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing organizational ethics policies for AI/ML systems
- Deep understanding of global AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Expertise in bias detection techniques and fairness metrics
- Experience with interdisciplinary stakeholder engagement (technical, legal, policy)
- Published work in AI ethics or related academic journals preferred
- Familiarity with 2026-era AI technologies (generative AI, autonomous systems)
