Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years developing AI ethics frameworks for commercial products
- Expertise in fairness metrics, explainability techniques, and bias mitigation
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in human-computer interaction design principles
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology journals
