- Lead cross-functional ethics working groups with engineering, legal, and policy teams
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and adapt compliance strategies
- Design user-centric AI transparency mechanisms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, compliance, or responsible tech development
- Expertise in bias detection methodologies for machine learning systems
- Proven experience developing ethical AI frameworks and policies
- Strong background in data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, AI Act)
- Exceptional stakeholder communication and facilitation skills
- Published work in AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership
- Familiarity with NIST AI Risk Management Framework
