As a key member of our Future Tech Council, you'll collaborate with industry leaders, policymakers, and research institutions to establish industry-wide ethical standards. You'll pioneer methodologies for auditing AI systems for fairness, accountability, and transparency, ensuring our solutions align with evolving global regulations and societal expectations.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics frameworks and governance policies for enterprise-wide implementation
- Lead bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning models and AI-driven products
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement ethical-by-design principles in AI development lifecycles
- Advocate for responsible AI adoption through stakeholder engagement and executive-level presentations
- Research emerging regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights) and translate into actionable guidelines
- Establish metrics for measuring AI system transparency and explainability
- Organize cross-functional workshops to embed ethical considerations into product roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology governance
- Proven expertise in bias detection methodologies and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience developing ethics guidelines for Fortune 500 companies or regulatory bodies
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement and executive communication
- Published research in AI ethics or related peer-reviewed journals
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CEGAI) or equivalent professional credentials
