Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical frameworks for next-gen AI systems
- Lead cross-functional audits of autonomous decision algorithms
- Design bias mitigation protocols for generative AI models
- Advocate for transparent AI governance with regulatory bodies
- Create ethics-by-design protocols for quantum computing applications
- Coordinate with UN tech policy committees on AI ethics standards
- Mentor ethics-focused AI engineering teams
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or Technology with AI specialization
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible AI implementation
- Published research on algorithmic bias or machine learning ethics
- Certification in Global AI Ethics Standards (GAIES 2026)
- Experience with quantum computing ethical frameworks
- Deep knowledge of EU AI Act and US AI Bill of Rights
- Fluency in ethical impact assessment methodologies
- Expertise in cross-cultural AI value alignment
