Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, policy development, or compliance
- Expertise in algorithmic bias mitigation techniques
- Published research on AI ethics or responsible innovation
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act)
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in ethical AI assessment methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
