- Partner with engineering teams to embed ethical design principles
- Monitor emerging AI ethics legislation and global standards evolution
- Represent NeuraVision at industry ethics summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or tech ethics leadership
- Proven experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Expertise in algorithmic bias mitigation and fairness metrics
- Strong background in policy development for emerging technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Published work in AI ethics or responsible technology journals
