Responsibilities
- Design bias mitigation protocols for generative AI models
- Develop ethical audit frameworks for autonomous decision systems
- Collaborate with product teams on responsible AI implementation
- Establish compliance protocols for 2026 AI regulatory landscape
- Lead cross-functional ethics task forces with engineering teams
- Author whitepapers on AI governance for industry standards bodies
- Train stakeholders on ethical AI deployment best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or Cognitive Science with AI focus
- 5+ years developing AI governance frameworks
- Published research on algorithmic fairness or explainable AI
- Expertise in EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF standards
- Experience with quantum computing ethics implications
- Proficiency in Python and ML interpretability tools
- Track record of influencing policy at tech organizations
