Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or Law
- 5+ years in AI ethics, technology governance, or related field
- Expertise in NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and emerging regulations
- Proven experience developing corporate AI ethics policies
- Deep understanding of ML systems and algorithmic transparency
- Exceptional stakeholder communication and influence skills
- Published work on AI ethics or technology ethics
- Experience with cross-functional AI development teams
