Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with evolving global regulations
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for autonomous systems and predictive algorithms
- Lead stakeholder workshops to establish transparent AI governance protocols
- Author ethics-by-design guidelines for machine learning model development
- Advise product teams on ethical implications of AI feature implementations
- Monitor emerging AI ethics legislation and adapt organizational strategies accordingly
- Represent the organization in industry ethics coalitions and standardization bodies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, AI, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or algorithmic governance
- Deep understanding of ML model architectures and their societal implications
- Proven track record of implementing ethical AI frameworks in production environments
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics for AI systems
- Familiarity with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and other regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical ethics to diverse audiences
