Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in AI governance, responsible AI, or ethics compliance
- Deep understanding of machine learning architectures and AI deployment challenges
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks governing AI systems across multiple jurisdictions
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable technical guidelines
- Experience conducting bias assessments and algorithmic impact evaluations
