Responsibilities

- Establish measurable KPIs for ethical AI performance and compliance
- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and predictive analytics
- Create training materials to promote ethical AI literacy across the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Data Ethics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology governance
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML systems and algorithms
- Strong understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable policies
- Experience with interdisciplinary collaboration between technical and non-technical teams
- Publications or thought leadership in AI ethics or responsible innovation
