Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for AI development lifecycle
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning models

- Lead stakeholder workshops on AI ethics with clients and internal teams
- Create transparency documentation for high-stakes AI decision systems
- Establish continuous monitoring protocols for ethical AI performance
- Author white papers on emerging ethical challenges in AI deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Data Ethics, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AI ethics, algorithmic auditing, or responsible AI
- Proficiency in fairness assessment tools (AIF360, IBM AI Fairness 360)
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations and ethical frameworks
- Experience with bias mitigation techniques in ML pipelines
- Strong ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Published work in AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership
